Team Foreign Pickup MLG Halo:Reach team Warriors

Warriors, a name that has become synonymous with MLG Halo:Reach in recent times have now joined Team Foreign. Team Foreign recently had to break the short partnership with Halo veterans Mason ‘Neighbour’ Cobb and Nick ‘BesTMaN’ Johnson due to an issue between personal sponsors of the duo and Team Foreign’s own sponsors.

Warriors at the MLG Providence Halo: Reach Finals 2011

Alas, once again the Team Foreign management have struck oil. As they’ve been able to convince one of MLG’s fastest growing teams, Warriors to join the revolution. The team attained an astounding  2nd placed finish at the 2011 MLG National Championship in Providence, Rhode Island. They’ll be looking to carry on that momentum towards the MLG opener come the beginning of April. It’s no secret that Warriors could turn into a runaway freight train and crush all opposition in their path. It’s also no secret that they’re one of the teams that’ll be hoping they can better their last placement and go on to win the event outright.

The team comprises of team captain Wes ‘Clutch’ Price, Mathew ‘Royal2’ Fiorante, Paul ‘SNAKE BITE’ Duarte and Sean ‘Dersky’ Swidersky. The team certainly doesn’t lack class, talent and most importantly belief that they can always improve. The team certainly possesses the potential to do damage and cause havoc upon the Halo:Reach scene. With Team Foreign’s support and backing, they’ll continue to grow. We here at Team Foreign would like to welcome the squad into the family, the future is bright.

Team Captain, Wes ‘Clutch’ Price had this to say on joining Team Foreign:
“Glad to be apart of an Orginization like Team Foriegn.  For everyone that is a fan of Team Warriors, Providence was just a warning shot”

Operations Director, Michael Butterworth had this to say about picking up the squad:
“I am very happy to bring in Warriors to Team Foreign. We will be working with them very closely over the coming year. I am excited to see how they perform next year as I think last year was just a taste of what they can do, all of the guys are great and should be good to work with. I can’t wait for MLG! Watch out for them at MLG Foreign Warriors.”
